Mark promptly returned my call inquiring about his availablilty. He explained to me what he was working on and when he could expect to be free. Ten days before the job was to start, he met me at the lumber company to pick out styles and materials. He showed up right on time, he kept me apprised of his progress and he finished on time. The work was flawless, in fact he did somethings better then expected,( he replaced the trim all the way around the bathroom to make sure it matched ).
