From the date they finished my roof it continued to leak many, many times, with repeat calls and requests for them to come fix it. I missed several days of work, sleep and family functions d/t rain pouring through my roof. He made promises he would not keep, and this lasted until that 2-year period was up and he stated that to me, basically your warranty is up....despite the fact it leaked almost every day it rained from the time they placed the new roof. I was so very upset and continue to be so. I will never recommend him to anyone, he is not trust worthy at all!!!..

For the past 2-years I have called, texted and left messages to get Kirk Walace Roofing/Construction to my house to fix the leaking roof and correct before damages are to severe. We have had many days/nights of rain-fall the past 2-years with multiple leaks/water coming through my brand-new roof. He did send over Larry Wagley a cousin of the employer  to my home to inspect the roof the week of Thanksgiving 2010.  He stated he would have done this work differently.  He removed several thick layers/strips of caulking and this was never replaced by him, at that time.. That early morning of Thanksgiving a heavy rain hit my area, causing a heavy down pour of water into my home , down the walls and onto my floor. They wouldn't come to repair it so I had called another company.  That company did some small repairs to the damage/replacing a portion of the roof/and recaulking.
 On many occasions this company has not called nor shown. up when promised. They do not stick to their word. They make several empty promises. We have had several days of rainfall in April, 2011, which caused my roof to be saturated.  I even called Kirk to put a tarp up, that I purchased but till this day he has not come to put up the tarp.  I have leaks all over my home that have caused me a great deal of problems and stress. I have even missed several days of work because of the leaks.  

I now have mold around my home and damages to my brand new hardwood flooring.  I cannot get Kirk Wallace Construction/Roofing there to finish/nor correct the job, I want them to do! Just recently, I did see them working on another roof and I stopped to ask  why they weren't helping me.  The response of one of the employees, was that "Kirk Wallace is said to be working it out with you." Kirk Wallace wants me to remove the siding off my house where the garage and house adjoin, (to apply proper step-flashing as this was not originally done in "09) However, that does not correct the multiple leaks I am having. My question is why would I remove the siding, when he is normally, a NO SHOW, NO CALLl. The major leaks and what will cause the greatest damage is to the main part of the house. I don't trust him, his word holds no truths and he does not follow-out on his commitments to me. I have begged on many occasions for him/and crew to come out and fix my house. He is aware now that the roof has leaked for 2years now, IT WILL NOT FIX ITSELF! But, yet he makes no attempts to rectify this problem. I have been very patient and willing to work with him however I can. But! enough is enough!  The bottom line is Kirk Wallace Construction/Roofing has caused me more damage, leaks and grief than it is worth. I continue to get the run around from this company! He is full of empty promises. All I want is a roof that never leaks.........no matter the way the wind or /rain falls.
