Pat was incredible! Very thorough and very professional. He didn't speak above my head, which made it much easier for us. He even took the time to explain how the Ameren financing worked. I couldn't imagine a better experience!

He was one of three services I called. I was impressed with Garavalia's professionalism and friendliness. The prices quoted by all the businesses I contacted were higher than what I could do at this time, so I am still considering about buying later on, or if I will live here long enough to justify the cost. I cannot remember the DATE we had the estimate done, but I remember it was timely and these are people I trust. He kept his word about looking over the house and grounds to determine what size generator would provide for all that I wanted done in the event of wide-spread power outages.

The entire process was flawless. From the owner, Pat Garavalia, who came out and gave me the quote, Danielle in the office to complete the paperwork to the crew who performed the installation seemed effortless at least from my perspective. Everyone showed excellent work ethic and professionalism. There should be more businesses like Garavalia Heating and Cooling. Thanks Pat.
