Roofing, General Remodeling
In June of 2013, in Mid Illinois, my roof leaked. It rained in the Kitchen. And the leak kept getting worse.
In the end, it needed some new flashing, flashing repaired, ~ a square of roofing shingles replaced and the plywood replaced in the affected area. In the meanwhile the kitchen leaked every rain and did I mention that it had rained almost every day for the last two weeks and a forecast of rain restarting in a few days.
After meeting, reviewing the roof, the next work day the roof was fixed. The repair job was done as if this was his house.
