Hardwood Flooring Service
They were more expensive than someone that I already had. They gave me the estimate over the phone. I live in the South suburbs, and they didn't want to travel there. They were $1.25 per foot higher than someone else that I had. I left a message and they called me back the same day, or the day after.

Rick and his people were wonderful to work with. When I first called for an estimate, I told them we were in no rush and were going to wait until after the holidays to do the work. However, we then changed our minds and decided to get the floors done immediately. RCS responded quickly and efficiently. Rick matched our existing hardwood perfectly and gave us a quote on carpeting. We had received another quote for the same carpet that was a little lower and RCS agreed to match the lower quote in order to provide us with "one-stop shopping." Overall, RCS was prompt, efficient and professional on every level to work with.
