My apologies to John Sr. for the delay in posting this review. In December 2012, I took my Nishiki Mixte bicycle to John Sr. for an overhaul and clean-up. My bike was ready in less than the estimated time and was returned to me looking good and operating like brand new.
My husband and I had compared prices with 2 other bike shops and Bike Doctors' prices beat them hands down. Not only that, but where we'd been treated with snobbery, condescension and arrogance from the other shops' staff, John Sr. has always been friendly, informative, kind and has a good sense of humor. John Jr. also works in the shop and is a bit of all right, too! We've been going to Bike Doctors since then for various products and services and highly recommend them.
