Woke up w/o heat on a frigid January morning. After failing to get the furnace back on, we called Griffin. The owner took the call and arrived within 30 minutes. He diagnosed the problem, ran to town to get a new part, and had it installed and up-and-running in less than 2 hours, all w/o breaking the bank. He was friendly, professional, and honest.

Get the quote in writing! Quoted "$3000-$3500, maybe less." Charged over $5900 for a mediocre job that did not include clean up. Another contractor said he would have done it for less than $2000. Coleman takes no responsibility for their 'authorized distributors.'

These gentlemen were very professional. They were very knowledgeable and were helpful in deciding exactly what was needed for the office space. They saved me hundreds of dollars by advising me on what fixtures and components to use in the office to maximize the space available. They were very timely and stayed within the timelines that they gave to me.
