i experienced a fire which totaled my home; the first contractor was dragging there feet, I was given the name of Zees Group. I contacted Mr.Zee and my whole life changed, he was extremely professional along with the entire staff, Zees company built me a brand new home and he worked closely with my insurance company making sure I was given what I deserved! I really can't say enough about this company, Zee and company did an outstanding job from start to finish including the removal process. He exceeded my expectations and today I am still blown away. It started 3 yrs ago with s garage fire I was introduced to Zee himself and his company, from the moment I ment him and his whole staff I saw the careing and professionalism and thats were the story began. Zee group helped me with my documantion help get my properly prepared properlyand any questions or answers I needed they were there right on the ball. I remember thinking what do I do next zee and his staff had the answer.get our documentation together repair the damaged areas keep all records and let's get u back to a normal existence.. And from that moment on I realized there r people who care and are professional people who help and fight with u and zees group is there on your side especially against these big insurance companies who don't give a d*** about you. Im glad this list exist so I can voice and tell you how greatly I I appreciat zee and his courteous staff in getting me through this very difficult time. the work was professional fast and very well done. The record keeping from his office staff is precise professional and courteous I say to anyone out there who has a disaster who just needs help with reconstruction or remodeling you can't go wrong calling zee group. And if u have an insurance claim and want someone to fight with you and for you u better call zees group. if you want your properly repaired properly your claim processed correctly zee and his staff r ready to help 24/7 so I hope u never have to go through what I went through with the insurance companies but if u do do yourself a favor.and call zee group immediately you won't regret it Thank u again to zee group and forgiving me the opportunity to share this with you- 10/8 update) well zeesgroup did it again!! They poured my concrete finished beautifully work very hard four straight days with zee himself coming out checking on the work every day. The crew cleaned up nicely before they left and built me a beautiful fence, and changed the look and feel of my whole house thanks again to Zee and his whole staff and work crew I thank u and please do yourself a favor if u need reconstruction remodeling fighting insurance companies call zees group and help yourself and your property. The job exceeded my expectations. I was traveling extensively outside of the US when this work was being performed. I was able to turn the job over to Zees leadership and visit the site every 2-3 weeks. The job was on scheduled each time I checked in. The worksite was well maintained and clean at the end of each day. The team used a dumpster on the site and all debris was disposed of daily. The team was onsite each day on time (per neighbors and other individuals observing the work daily). I was able to give general direction and the team executed on the project extremely well.

Zee's Services basically took control of the entire process from boardup through hard negotiations with the insurance company, security, building permits, inspections , breakdown and the complete rebuild of the property. They literally took all the weight of our shoulders - to the point where we did not have to even have to think about the property through the entire process. Each time we came out to inspect progress or quality of work, our expectation was blown away. Hands down, these guys are the best in the Chicago land area. In the end, the home turned out to be 1000%, yes 1000% better that it was before the fire damage and most importantly without any stress or concern from us throughout the process.

It went very well. The owner/workers were effiecient, accomodating, and professional in all phases of the work. The owner even came over every day to make sure everything was going okay and to check for our satisfaction.

Big job--lots of unexpected add-ons--Zee Kawa is accommodating and friendly. Roofers did a LOUSY job, could see areas where no tiles were affixed. Zee sent out someone immediately to fix the problem. However, with other issues response was "half and half". With ANY contractor, establish prices on a WRITTEN contract, and include provisions for unexpected issues. This job took around 7 months start to finish because of weather.

They were very helpful. we had a really tight time frame and they were able to accommodate that for us. They were great, the owner Zee, was the one who first came over and he was a really nice guy. He came by several times to check the work.

I was very pleased with the work performed. They were friendly and helpful and did a good job. Very neat and careful good quality work. They cleaned up after themselves and removed the old parts as well as the materials that they used. I had 2 other quotes for $1000 to replace the toilet. Per our contract the charge was to be $65 per hour. When Zee told me that he was sending 2 workers, I clarified with him that the cost would be $65 per hour for the 2 workers and not each. He charged me $65 per worker. Apparently there was a loophole in the contract, if I had any work done other than what was initially specified, he would charge me for 2 workers instead of 1. Since the contract specified time and material, but not type of work, I'm not sure how the loophole is valid. That said, it is hard to find someone who can do quality work and I would use him again. I would just be very careful to fully understand each portion of the written contract and not rely on any verbal agreement.
