Bad. The company applied a silicone/siloxane waterproofing coating on parts of our 10 unit condo building in the summer of 2018. However they did not cover our windows, there was some wind, and apparently the over-spray is on our glass. We didn't notice until we had routine window washing in the spring 2019. The company has denied any responsibility. Some of our windows are awful and will not come clean. We are exploring bringing a law suit.
