VICTOR'S LANDSCAPING

Victor is threatening, treats customers terribly, and awful. Absolutely the worst service possible. The lawn is a straight simple cut in front of a building. They come and literally spend 3 minutes. Mow right over garbage, do no edging, trimming, blowing etc. TERRIBLE job! When I called to complain & said there are weeds a foot tall at the edge of where the lawn was allegedly mowed Victor said I was lying. I took pics. No bill was mailed when I repeatedly said I needed one for building records and told them cancel service. Victor got aggressive demanded payment stating "It won't be hard to find you." The owners are upset I paid him the $350 for a horrible job. Just glad to be done with them!

The walkway is an uneven pattern going at an angle to the sidewalk, not a straight walk path. The steps have bricks which keep coming unattached. Victor had his crew out once to reattach. This occurred again, six bricks in a row on first step are not fully attached. Victor told me he "came out once already", "tell your kids not to jump on the steps" and "at least give me gas money to come out a look"! Unacceptable, not to mention they cut the pavers directly on my lawn which needed to be sodded afterwards. Unprofessional, poor quality and rude.

I needed to haul away some 200 sq ft of grass that I daugh myself, plus I had a super big evergreen bush that had to go. finally I needed 2 yards of mushroom compost for my new vegetable beds.
After getting pricess with different companies I decired to go with Mr. Victor because of price and because he was able to accomodate my request to get it done that same week.
His crue came as prmised the next saturday. They did their job in few hours and cleared the place after them.

I had the unfortunate experience of having my spring clean up done with Victor last month at an exorbitant price of $350.00. I attempted to receive several prices from different contractors for spring clean-up. Idecided on Victor since he claimed he’d beat anybody’s price. A few days after his crew performed my clean-up, I received a competitive quote for $200.00. I called Victor to advise him that his competitor’s price was substantially lower than his price. To my absolute amazement, Victor proceeded to scream multiple profanities at me. I was absolutely appalled. He proceeded to tell me that he’s been in business for many years and that he’s a reputable businessman. The vulgarity that came out of his mouth was absolutely unacceptable on every level. His
unprofessional-ism and lack of class is unconscionable. I was downright robbed by this individual. When I attempted to advise him, I was demeaned and degraded and screamed at with multiple swear words over and over again. To make matters worse, his work
was sub-par. Much debris and refuse was just blown in an inconspicuous space, not collected and hauled away as it should have been. This person should not be working in ANY community under ANY circumstances.

After signing with another company recently we just got a contract from Victor for $210.00. He stated that they came over and did the work. I never opened my gate for Victors crew and when I called Victor he yelled at me and said "why did you call me-you're not going to pay?" I tried to explain to him I was just checking on the invoice that had been sent to me and to respond and state we did not receive any services from him. Victor just screamed at me and I just wanted to  let him know this is the reason why we did not hire him again. I got yelled at for calling and asking about an invoice I recieved.  I can not imagine that this company has good ratings. We are paying customers and should be treated better. I am just in shock.

I have been using them for couple of years now. They are excellent. I would continue to use them.

I will be using them again.

They were great and came out right away.  He gave me an estimate and did the work a week later.  We have now signed up to have him cut the grass every week.  He will also maintain the bushes and other things that we had discussed.  I have no problems with them.  They came and did a really good job.  He did a lot of brick work, removed all the dead shrubs and out in new shrubs.  He also put some new bushes and some mulch and some rocks in.  He did quite a bit of work for me.  I was very happy with him.  The price was fair.

I use him every week and he is very good. He is honest and he does NOT try and take advantage. I can always depend on him. His prices are very reasonable too. He is punctual and professional. Excellent in all categories!

ok service for an ok price

Nothing about them really stood out. They were expensive and landscaping is always expensive. I had gotten quotes from some others too.

Overall, everything turned out very well. They do really good work and they work very fast. We called him and he came twenty minutes later on that same day. We contractually signed the agreement on that day. They were very creative and artistic in the planting techniques that they used. They knew exactly what I wanted. They were very innovative in the placement of the burning bushes. Everything is absolutely beautiful. He really knows how to do business.

They mow the lawn, fertilize and trim the bushes. They have a good price and their work is adequate.

He and his crew did a really nice job. They actually did a little extra and trimmed a few trees that we had not asked about, so that was a nice touch.

Victor is very attentive and lets me know if there are any problems. His prices are very reasonable.

They are quite good at what they do. The only problem I had is that communication with them is very difficult.

Victor's service was absolutely horrible. He failed to give us instructions on the care and maintenance of the sod or tell us how often it needed to be watered. As a result, the sod did not take properly and the grass died in several spots. When I advised him that I was unhappy about this, he said that he had told me about the watering (he had not) and insisted that I was a liar. I would absolutely not under any circumstances recommend this company for any kind of work. They are unresponsive and unprofessional.

Solid but not necessarily spectacular performance. Very dependable. Was never exactly sure what I was getting for the money (120/month). For example, some pruning was covered and some wasn't. Had to do some pruning myself and no mulching done at the end of the season. Still very reasonable and dependable, and would consider hiring them again.

VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND IS ALWAYS GIVING FREE ADVICE ON PLANTS AND VEGETABLES.

THEY STAYED ON BUDGET AND DID A GOOD JOB. I DID HAVE TO PICK OUT WHICH BRICKS THEY WERE TO USE, BUT THEY DID A GOOD JOB OVERALL. VICTOR IS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT LANDSCAPING.
