Primewell Painting

My husband and I used Andy for painting 2 floors of our new home.  He was quick to respond to my request for a quote and followed up promptly with his pricing.  When I had some adjustments to the scope of work to pull some items out, he was also very prompt.  
In the days leading up to the tentative start date he gave me multiple updates to let me know if he was on track, running ahead or behind schedule.  
He did a good job with the painting and cleaned up after himself each night.  The only suprise was that he is a one-man show.  I just assumed he had a team of people to help him.  Mid-way through our job he brought in an assistant which allowed them to finish up quickly.  
My only negative experience was that he left without finishing the final part of the electrical work.  He said he had to start another job and would return in a few days to complete it.  It was never clear to me why he didnt just finish the hanging our one TV.  A small complaint for a job done well and professionally and for a fair price.  
I'd recommend Andy and use him in the future.

Andy Grzelak of Primewell Painting does an excellent job painting and general handyman repairs. This recent experience, he knocked out our pantry wall, and 'finished' out the space under the stairwell that was previously wasted. He put drywall underneat the unfinished stairs and finished out the walls. He put wood flooring on the cement floor. In downtown Chicago, every bit of space is critical. He did a fantastic job. He cleaned up after himself, even brought a vacuum for the floor. He hand cut all the pieces of wood flooring so as not to create the dust and mess of power tools.
