Flooring was laid and completed. Called Michael DeBosz, P & M Tile owner, to request repair work on flooring. Several calls and instant messaging over six weeks yielded no response from Mr. DeBosz. Customer service on the part of the owner, Michael DeBosz, resulted in a failure rating. Living in a 96 floor high rise will result in negative recommendations for anyone seeking this service.

They did an excellent job. I was really supprised how beautifull it look when they finished. They are real proffesionalist in their job. They cleaned up after work and left place so magnificant. I will use them again soon.

Great - the craftsmanship is amazing! They did a wonderful job installing our bathroom floor and the shower is fit for royalty.
