NELLIGAN'S LANDSCAPING INC

I hired this company several years ago for basic lawn care. Each year prices increased. In 2005, when confirming to start-up service again, I asked Mr. Nelligan to confirm pricing. He indicated the pricing would remain the same as the previous year. I agreed to start-up service again. As the previous year the invoicing changed to a lump sum total with one descriptor, lawn service, and the amount varied substaintially. I asked that he provide detailed billing to show work performed, particularly when non-weekly work was done (e.g. fertilizer, bush trimming, etc.) Detailed billing was never provided, in spite of numerous requests and pricing did increase substantially. In some cases, price increases were nearly doubled. Bottom line, pricing was unstable and invoicing was unclear, leading me to feel that I was being unfairly overcharged. I did not renew lawn care in 2006, and now have a new service performing the same work at a much lower cost.
