+ -1 moreDo NOT use this guy. VERY poor quality work. The house is tan brick with matching mortar. They showed up early and began grinding out the mortar where it was cracked and they then patched it with a medium gray mortar! It looks horrible! The areas repaired are VERY noticeable. We pointed out that the mortar didn't match and they maintained that it looked fine and no one would notice. We insisted they redo all the repaired areas with the proper mortar color. They claimed that the mortar color we have doesn't exist! They were then planning to apply the sealer immediately even though the mortar needs 4 weeks to cure. We told them to STOP. They then refused to come back and stopped returning calls. I had to stop payment on the check just to get them to call me back.
Description of Work: We hired this company for tuckpointing and caulking on our masonry house, followed by sealing.
