FLOWER FANTASY

The flowers were not delivered in time for the funeral. By the time they were delivered (I have no way of knowing if anyone actually did try to deliver them), the family had left. FF did send a complimentary arrangement to my friend (it was her mother who had died), and I received an apology on the phone. The owner/manager of FF assured me I would not be billed, but I was billed anyway. The company is in the process of crediting my Visa card. Unfortunately, although my phone calls with FF were cordial, I had to initiate every one of them, even though I had been assured on each of three or four occasions that someone would call me back. I also initiated the phone call to check to see why the flowers had not been delivered in the first place. FF did not notify me of this. I found out when I asked my friend about them a few days later, since she hadn't mentioned them spontaneously. I am sorry to have to submit this report since FF has received good ratings in the past.
