Roman arrived on schedule to provide the estimate, which took only about fifteen minutes. After receiving other estimates, we chose Roman based on his reasonable estimate, his responses to our questions and the positive referral from a neighbor. We were able to quickly arrive at a mutually acceptable schedule for the work. Roman and his workers arrived as agreed on schedule and got to work quickly. The work was scheduled over three days, but Roman took an extra day to put on a second coat of stain to get the right color match. After the final coat, Roman was very flexible to have one of his workers return to touch up a couple of minor blemishes in the top coat. Floor Design did a thorough clean up. Roman was very reachable by cell phone throughout the process.The results are excellent. We would use Floor Design Inc., again.

I liked that they came out when they said they would. Did what they said they would and were finished when they said they would be. Price was fair as well.
