I don't remember the cost. I think it was one guy that came out to do the work. It took about an hour and a half to complete the work at the most. They're fine, they're very professional and they do a good job.

I only use them for heating I don't have central air. I have wall units; I just don't use them. Two people came out to do the work. They were out there probably about an hour and a half at the most.

The humidifier had started dripping water onto a control unit within the
furnace causing it to stop running.  Tech disabled the humidifier and
got the furnace running, which was the priority at the time.  We were
having a cold spell and a lot of snow, and I had just had surgery and
was recovering and needed to be home with heat!  A few years prior, I
had a furnace failure on Christmas Eve, and they came out and did a
repair, without charging me an arm and a leg.  Always fair pricing,
always prompt service, always a company I can count on. 
I have used Engler for both routine maintenance and for emergency repairs, and they've never let me down, and they've never tried to upsell me.  I love these people!

They are responsive, get here quickly, and have reasonable prices.

When I made the appointment, I was very specific that I was having a problem with excessive fan noise from my central a/c and that I wanted that checked out as well as general annual service check. The technician was not at all interested in doing anything but the minimum service. I had to point out to him repeatedly that there were other issues. When we finally found a problem, he suggested that I might want to get someone to fix it. Hey, that's why I called you! Finally got him to fix the small vent problem, but he did nothing about the fan noise problem, saying "it wasn't that bad". Really? When I later tried to contact the owner, Mr. Engler, I got no response. I even wrote a personal note to him saying I was not happy with the service and asking him to call me: No response. I would not consider using again. I had a large boiler replacement project that I was considering them for at another building, but certainly will not be using them for that, either. Disappointing. I should not have paid that bill.

They did an outstanding job. The owner came out to our home on the second day of the installation to introduce himself and explain how important good customer service is to their company. He knew that we had gotten their recommendation from Angie’s List, and gave us his personal contact information to reach him if we had any concerns whatsoever. I was very impressed by that, and I have used them since then for cleaning and maintenance.

It was the blower motor that was going on intermittently and getting worse. So they replaced it and everyone was warm and toasty.

They couldn't find anything wrong, so they changed the thermocouple and cleaned the furnace.

The main concern was warming my kitchen, not selling me something that I didn't need.

They were great and we will keep using.

I called the office, they tried to come out on Tuesday but had too much work, so they came out at noon on Wed. Brad evaluated the situation, and Tony and his partner changed out the gas pipes in the foyer. They waited until the gas co checked it out. I had a similar situation a few years ago (different pipes) and they fixed that problem. Engler has also replaced a furnace and ran duct work for me in a rental apartment.

They are willing to research different products to meet your needs. They found a compressor that exhausted from the side instead of the top. This deflected the noise of the unit so it was never a concern.

Work was done professionally, on time and on budget. They are responsive to any service questions or issues. They charged for a service call to replace a failed electronic component in one of the furnaces. This was according to the terms of the warranty.

I have used them before many times and they always do a wonderful job.

WE HAD SEVERAL COMPANIES OUT THAT WERE UNABLE TO RESOLVE A BACK DRAFT PROBLEM WE HAD WITH OUR FURNACE. ENGLER CAME UP WITH A SOLUTION. A VERY PROFESSIONAL AND PERSONABLE CREW.

THE CREW WAS GREAT. THEY CAME ON TIME AND IT WAS A VERY POSITIVE EXPERIENCE. THEY WERE GREAT PROBLEM SOLVERS WORKING IN A TIGHT SPACE.
