We contacted this company and received excellent service. All of our computers were cleaned up, defragmented, updated with professional anti-virus software, and set to work much faster. The company representative came to our office, took the computers one at a time as we needed at least 2 functional computers at a time, then returned each computer, reconnected it, and tested it. In addition, the company ordered us a storage device for backup of data. In the past, we would end up buying new computers with the aggravation of having to reinstall and reconnect them because nobody was able to clean some of the viruses. Now all of our computers work with excellent speed and the company gives us a warranty that we will not get any more viruses or spyware. Because of the excellent work done at our office, we will also use the company to set our computers at home.
