He is prompt and courteous. We trust that he gives us what we need. And he doesn't sell us things that we don't need. We called D&G out on New Years Eve when our heat went out. The temp went down to about 35 degrees. They were to our house in 30 to 40 min. Very pleased with there service. We will be using them again.

After the drywall was installed and we were living there when winter came we found that our lower level was freezing. The duct work pipes were never connected during the installation process so my home was not being heated properly. I called the company and explained that I have two young children and needed him to come out a soon as possible to fix the issue. He continuously told me that he would come out and never did finally he just simply said that he would not do the job and walk away from the job. I had to hire another company to come in and remove all of the drywall and complete the job. This problem ended up costing me 12000.00. I will never use them again. I am still considering litigation.

I highly recommend them because they are reliable. They have great prices and are very punctual besides being great people. They have worked for us in the past. They even came on a New Year's Eve to repair our units and the next day they came to check if their work was done properly.
