I have been with them, well I'm paying my first bill tomorrow. I do have some connectivity problems. I don't know why they charge that much for it when I got it from AT&T for $15. Besides the connectivity issue and that it's too dam*ed expensive and they play the music and you have to dance to their tune.

For ONCE I called customer service and didn't get someone in Manila or Kuala Lumpur! Had a ten-minute call (after I used their call-back option to avoid waiting on hold) and had this guy restart my cable box and (somehow!) fix my internet connection. I was so stunned to have one of those calls actually be productive that I was left a little speechless!
