The business is not owned by the same people anymore. They are liars. Their quality should be changed from "A" to "F". I had a terrible experience with them. he carpet was not cleaned properly. Did not move anything even though I asked them to. Their was dirt behind the bench. Extremely unhappy with the work. I called them and the representative kept on repeating herself saying Vincent is not here that he will be back after 3 weeks. Had to call furniture refinishes to clean the bench look for someone to clean the carpet.

They were phenomenal.... The woman I spoke to when calling was very pleasant and gracious, and arranged for cleaning the very next morning. The crew was prompt and courteous, taking special care traversing my newly finished hardwood floors to get to the carpeted upstairs, as well as taking extra time with problem areas from kids and pets. The carpet looks new. Highly recommended

The crew showed up right on time, went right to work and finished quickly. They were polite and professional throughout the whole process.

My neighbor on the first floor was having this company come to clean her carpets, so I called to schedule mine too. The woman that answered the phone was very nice, and she asked if she could please call me right back, as she was on another line with a customer. She called back promptly, and quickly scheduled me, and also explained the potential cost, which she thought would be $89. The 2 guys were on time, as they came upstairs to me after they had finished my neighbors place. They were thorough, and the carpet looks so much better. Vince explained the process to me, and also the materials (no smell at all) that they were using. He was a really nice guy, and told me that if anything didn't look right to me after a week (spots reappearing, etc.) to please call him and he would come back free of charge. The only thing that wasn't what I expected was how long it took the carpets to dry. The company stresses that they will be dry in 1 to 2 hours. My (and my neighbors) carpets were still wet when I went to bed 10 hours later. They were dry in the morning. Not a big deal, but it was a surprise.
