AAA SAPA MOVING INC

i ordered 4 people, only 2 showed up. they came about 8.30am. one of them kept complaining about everything - heat, stairs, heaviness of some of the furniture, etc. He wanted a cooler with ice right from the start and was upset that i didn't have it ready for him (i had packed everything up and i had to take care of my little kids!!!) He said: "why don't you send your husband to the store to get us some water and a bag of ice." He didn't want to 'waste time' on wrapping furniture up in plastic so a few pieces got damaged. He was too lazy to take legs of the sectional sofa and kept pushing it through the doorway. He damaged the leather pretty badly. He looked at the desk and said he won't even try taking it to the apt because it won't fit though the door. i told him to try it and guess what? it fit without a problem!!! About 1pm he said he was too tired and said they will be back the next day!!! my 1 day move turned into 2 day move. the next day he kept acting the same rude way. when my husband told him we want furniture wrapped to avoid any more damages he wasn't happy. We paid for 2 days and decided never to call this company again. It took me about 3-4 months to hear back from the owner - Daniel. I kept leaving messages to call me back but no answer. Finally i got hold of him and when asked to get some money back for the damaged couch he said "you will get a couple of dollars from me. you should have read the contract more carefully, because we give only a few cents per pound for the damaged goods." so i got nothing!
