This contractor John Southall ran off with over $40,000. I started on some work an never completed it. I paid him to repair my plumbing, electric, siding, fence, gutters, and windows. I had him working on two of my properties and he did not complete the work on either one. The roof leaks on one of my properties and he has changed his number. Do not pay him in advance but he will not do your work. I will never hire him again and you shouldn't either.
