I have known Lavell and been using his services for years. In the past, he has done things for me such as water heater installation, rough-in plumbing, unclogging drains and toilets, stopping leaks, etc. Recently, however, I purchased 2 unit building which needed a complete rehab. Lavell gave me a very good price for the project, and I can't begin to tell you how satisfied I am with his work. So if you need a big job or a small job, don't hesitate to contact Lavell.
