Mr. James sent two of his technicians out to the house. One worked outside looking for open spaces where mice could get in, while the other came inside the house. They were extremely thorough. They discovered some openings where mice could come in the house. Suggestions were provided as to how to seal and what to seal openings with. They also saw that carpenter ants were present.

I called and he came over within 45 minutes. He took the entire cage with the raccoon in it and brought it right back. Only charged me $50, which is a great price considering how much I was quoted by two other companies.
