+ -1 moreHe wouldn't complete the job and wanted me to make the final payment. I had issues the quality of his work and him wanting to get paid before the job complete. He was shouting at me and said he would was to put a lien on my house if I didn't pay if in advance.
Description of Work: He was hired to remodel my bathroom. He did not complete work.
