Probably the most unreliable people I have ever dealt with. Phone calls were not returned on numerous occasions. Problems with permits, coordinating the project with the electric company. Time passed and what should have taken a few weeks grew into months. Hidden costs. I was charged an additional $250 after the receptacles and flood light were installed. I was never told there was an extra charge and just decided to write them a check and end the nightmare of dealing with them.
