I had a big flat roof that was starting to show its age and leak. I didn't want just another tare-off/replacement flat roof that I would have to redo again in a few years. I put this job out to several vendors, and I am a stickler for the details, so I had lots of questions, the other vendors stopped returning my emails but JER answered all my questions, they were through and responsive, and took the time to educate me. I appreciated that. We went back and forth a few times on options. In the end I think I got a GREAT solution. Not going to lie it was pricey, but I do feel its a solid solution. Its been about 4 months and is holding up well. I would recommend them.
