Bill was prompt to answer his phone the 3x I called. He did a great job on the repair, and the equipment runs better than it has in years. The repair work was delayed 1 day due to a family emergency at his house but was completed sooner than we expected (based on our experience with other shops). His shop is a little out of the way but worth the drive. We think we got a good value there.
