 + -1 moreWhy I give this establishment such poor ratings, the prices were just outrageous, but since it was the only local thing around in my area that is all you have, but I don't know how they are in business. The quality of service is very poor hardly ever is anyone working the counter, & if they are the individual is on the phone shooting the bull, not on the phone with work related issues, you better pack a lunch if you want to get waited on at the checkout counter at this place, because it is going to be awhile ladies and gentleman. As far as punctuality and professionalism there is none to be found anywhere at this lumberyard. I remember one occasion at this lumberyard, why I had a bill of $5,000.00 is I said something bad about a friend of the owner of this lumberyard, & in return when, I almost had my bill fully paid off this man decided to stick his nose in and jack my credit bill up, WAY WAY UP!!! I urge anyone to stay away O'Keefe Lumber in Carrier Mills or as I call it OTHIEF LUMBER
Description of Work: I went into this establishment and opened a credit account over the fact of locality and time of a project I was working on, which was a I.T. Job. I required several items and parts. I put my items such as electric sockets, 12/2 G wire, RG 6 coaxial cable on my credit and paid the monthly bill.
