APPLIANCE STORE

Description of Work: called repetedly the appliance store the last wk of September....the icemaker on the Maytag double-door refrigerator (bought at the appliance store on novemberm, 2003) did not release ice cubes, just crushed ice and the water spilled on the floor. Finally got a repair man on 9/6/12. He ordered parts. On 9/13/12, the repair man was back, fixed it and charged us $79.84. It worked one day and I called the appliance store back the next day.....it was crushing all the ice again...I called back on 9/14/12. The repairman called me on 9/17/12 and told me the "little flap" he had ordered and put onm, probably was sticking and I was to take all the icecubes out and turn the freezer off all night. I did that. The next day, the icemaker was making cubed ice again but that lasted only a couple of hours, then it begain crushing all ice again....I called the appliance store again and again,..,.I told them I had paid to have the icemaker fixed and it wasn't fixed, and I wanted it fixed right and i wan't paying anymore. The repairman said he would come soon..but did not tell me when. On 9/27/12 I called the appliance store and told them to forget it....the repair man never came- and we were sick of waiting and i also told them I would never buy another product from them. I have since received an email from the owner saying that if anything else is wrong, they would not be responsible, and I would have to pay more.
