The mechanic who performed the work, Andre, was diligent in calling to inform me of his progress on the bike. He explained problems with the tires, which we discussed and I decided to replace. After completing the expected repairs, he took the bike out for a test ride as they always do before calling the customer for pick-up, and discovered a major problem with the headset.  Again, he called right away to explain what he found, why it should be replaced and an estimate of the costs.  I was never pressured to agree to repairs or made to feel that if I didn't have the repairs made I'd be in danger - nothing sneaky or manipulative. Although the final tally of about $250 was almost $100 more than I'd expected, I felt that I made all the right choices and the mechanic handled all his findings and suggestions fairly and professionally. Also, any time I called the shop to return Andre's calls, the phone was answered quickly and pleasantly and I was not kept waiting to speak to my mechanic. Two Seasons is an overall top-notch operation and I highly recommend them to anyone needed bike repairs and/or tune-ups.
