True Touch White Glove Cleaning

I used them a couple years, and I thought it was pricey, but they did a good job. I paid $268 for 1 room and the stairs. I needed my carpets cleaned again so I thought I would give them another try because they did a good job, and I was familiar with them. I got 1 room and stairs cleaned again and they charged me $498. They were way over priced, and I will never use them again. It was way out of line to charge me that much 

True Touch was referred to me by a good friend.  He and other friends have used this service.  This service is  very customer service oriented and professional.  They are excellent communicators through e-mail, website and in person.  They have a very good website that provides a lot of good information about prices, services, etc.  I was happy with the results, although I felt that the carpet took much longer to dry than my pervious service.  Not sure if it was the extraction method or equipment that made this so.  In any case, everything cleaned up nicely and to my satisfaction.  I did feel  the final price was higher than expected, but I did add extras like "sanitizing" and "stain guard" which kicked up costs.  I will use the service again based on the many positives.  Tony works very hard.  He was formerly with Marshall Field's and then Macy's before going out on his own.  His business assistent, Marsha, was part of the crew.  She handles a lot of the business matters and communications.  She provides a very friendly and professional touch to the service.  As for any negatives mentioned, carpet cleaning is a tricky thing and in the eye of the consumer, it is not easy to please everyone 100%.
