They completed the work in June. Dave Sipos is the owner of the company. He did whatever he said he was going to do and did a lot more. We live in Illinois and he has done the work in South Daytona, FL. We gave it to him and he did everything. It was done right too. We didn?t have to be there. We gave him the keys and left. We communicated through e-mails. He used to document each day?s work by sending us pictures along with a brief description. There was always a phone call too. In fact he ran into some things once. So he sent us pictures documenting that along with an explanation, remedy and cost too. There was always plenty of explanation and pictures. We were in Illinois the entire time this was being done. We went there probably midway once to see how it was going and we were quite satisfied with everything they were doing. The neighbors told us that they used to come, work and leave. They cleaned up too and that was the big thing. They were very nice people. The biggest thing for us was that the work was done right and the fact that we live in Illinois. So we had peace of mind. The price was higher than moderate. It was good compared to what he did. He took us to get some mattresses since we didn?t have a bed. He had a truck and so he put everything in it. He helped us to put it together and then put them up. He also took us to a party. He is a great guy. We would definitely use his services in the future too.
