They were over an hour late, but did call to make sure I knew they would be late.  It took a few attempts to schedule the appt but not too bad in terms of responsiveness.  Work was performed without any problems.

Called the office on Tuesday to find out more information on getting my deck cleaned I have used Routine Cleaning Solutions multiple times and they always came threw. Andrew came out on Friday morning gave me a great price and power washed deck. He then went over couple different options on what I can do with it to protect it. Staining or Sealing. I ended up having it sealed because I really like the natural look. Great job again! You definitely need to give them a try. No Complaints!

Andrew came out to clean our dryer vent.  He arrived on time & was very friendly.  After showing him where the dryer & outside vent were located.  He got to work quickly.  He left the work areas clean & tidy.  
Afterwards he offered to show me exactly what he cleaned & gave some great tips on dryer vent maintenance.
After this great experience, we booked an air duct cleaning before he left.  Highly recommend Routine Cleaning Solutions.

Andrew had booked the appointment on Sat. and had called me the night before to confirm. He did a inspection of the system and after proceeded to start working. He also had mentioned that he would do a free room of carpeting which was my basement for calling me back so soon. This saved me a good 60 bucks. He also threw in a sanitizer at almost nothing. Great service, great work, will call again.

Andrew from routine had come at about 1015 am. He gave me a window of 10-12 so that was perfect. He did a quick inspection of the basement and gave me a couple of options. I went with the clean, pre-treat, and sanitizer. The carpet smelled because of some water damage so I opted for the sanitizer. The clean took about 45 min and all the spots came out great. The smell was gone and I was completely satisfied with the results. He took down my email address and mentioned that he sends out coupons every couple of months. I will be calling him back very soon to do a couple rooms and some area rugs.

Andrew from Routine Cleaning Solutions had arrived around 11am to perform carpet and upholstery cleaning. He first did a quick walk threw and went over all the possible options I had. I was happy that he was very upfront and honest as a lot of previous experienced had me questioning the service people in my house. He then cleaned my sofa and chair, which looked brand new "just like I had bought it". It was 5 years old. WOW! He protected it with scotch guard which he explained was a fabric protector. He then proceeded to clean 3 small rooms of carpet which haven't been cleaned in about 3 years. I was amazed at how easy and quick he got all the stains out. After seeing the finished product I opted to receive the protector on all the carpet also. He even did 1 room at no charge. He was very professional and courteous. I plan on calling Routine Cleaning back in the next couple of weeks to do my Air Ducts. They have never been done before and he gave me a Free Estimate. Overall the best experience I have had with any Service Company. All there work is from there employees, no sub contractors like almost every other company I have used. Also there referral program is one of the best. I plan on telling my friends and family about Routine Cleaning Solutions.
