George did a excellent job replacing old boards and replacing our old shingles and underlay.

Rodriguez roofing was recommended to us by some friends, and we are very glad we called them. Getting a quote could not have been easier. There was no needlessly flashy sales pitch, no hard sell -- George said he'd check our info, visit our house for a look and leave us an estimate at our front door. The quote included a number of articles about replacing a roof, some information from the BBB on Rodriguez roofing, and a very detailed list of what would be done and what it would cost. Ultimately, his packet of information addressed nearly every question that we had. When I did call with a few questions to cross check some suggestions made by other roofers, George's answers addressed the question and more importantly, made it clear that he was familiar with our house. He was never general -- it was always specific to our house. Once we decided to move forward, George gave us samples, and provided addresses when requested so that we could see some of the colors in reality rather than relying on a small sample. When we did call to give him our choice, he again made it clear that he was familiar with our house. All materials were delivered to our roof before the job started. George called a couple times to confirm the delivery and the start date. The level of communication was fantastic. On the first day of the job, the workers arrived promptly at the agreed upon time, and got straight to work. They worked in sections so that there was no worry over a rainy forecast -- nothing was left uncovered or exposed. The workers brought a truck to carry away all of the debris at the end of each day, and did a wonderful job of cleaning up the work site at the end of each day. I had to cut the grass between the first and second day of the job and had a metal strip to pick up nails and staples. I expected I would find 20 - 30 at least, instead I found 2 nails and 3 staples. Once all of the work was complete, George came out, did some final clean up, inspected the job and answered a few questions. He didn't mention one word about getting paid until everything was done and he was sure we were satisfied. I hope to not have to replace a roof anytime soon -- but if we do need repairs or find ourselves in need of a new roof in the future, we would definitely call Rodriguez Roofing again.

Rodriguez Roofing, was amazingly efficient. Three men on the job, with the whole job complete at thee end of 2 days. They didn't leave my roof exposed between the two days, completing sections as they went. they cleaned up very well after both days. I would recommend them to anyone.

From first contact to follow up, George has been exemplary in his conduct.  Real friendly and not pushy at all.  We initially quote 2 years ago, but waited out a few more winters.  Never once seemed annoyed by our delay in work.

The owner, George Rodriguez, was involved throughout the process from the initial quote, to providing shingle samples, to the complete tear-off and roof installation process. This kept communication clear as to what was going to happen when and was very responsive to any questions I had. His crew was prompt, courteous, and worked efficiently. George performed a final inspection with me and answered all remaining questions. The county and township inspectors had no issues with their inspections. The yard and bushes were cleaned up completely and the only thing I would negatively comment on is that there were quite a few loose nails left in the gutters.

George from RODRIGUEZ ROOFING CO is very professional, has his own employees and gives a 10 year guarantee on his labor. He can produce certificates of insurance for workman's comp and liability insurance. He signed a waiver of lien for me without a skip of a heartbeat. He's meticulous on his quote including what size nail. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend RODRIGUEZ ROOFING CO to anyone. They guys are respectful, do an excellent job, and clean up. The work is beautiful and there isn't any nails on the ground to step on. It was perfect and you do need to line up the work in advance. 

They cleaned up, did a good job and at a great price. The job was performed in a timely manner and I was very happy with the outcome.

We have used this company three times over 45 years for two roofs and one house addition. Workers are polite, efficient and supplied quality workmanship. I highly recommend them to family and friends.

Mr. Rodriguez was very professional and gave a detailed estimate of the work to be done.  His crew was very prompt and did an excellent job in the time frame stated.  They cleaned up and swept the area for errant nails or other things.  I was very happy with the work done.

They were very punctual, very professional, they cleaned up well, and again they were just very professional.

We contacted Rodriguez Roofing after two neighbors highly recommended them to us.  George, the owner, called me 1-2 days later.  This was a bit later than I would have liked but it was in their peak season so I hope it was because they were busy.  They came out a week or so later to give us an estimate that also included some information on how to choose a roof and why an ice guard is important.  It was a nice touch!

They came back last weekend to do the roofing job.  I asked them to also apply for the village work permit which they gladly did.  George came out with his crew about 7am on the morning of the job and they got straight to work.  The crew were very polite, neat and hard working.  I was concerned that the clean-up job after the work would not be done as neat as I liked but I was impressed that they did a great job cleaning up and used a magnet on wheels to make sure all of the roofing nails were out of the yard before they left.  I went up on the roof after they left to inspect it and everything looked neat and in order, at least to my untrained eye.

Overall, I am very impressed with my interaction and business dealings with Rodriguez Roofing and would recommend them to a friend, family or neighbor.  The pricing was a bit on the higher side but I didn't mind due to the high quality of workmanship.
