Moving Staffers

We were getting men to load and unload the truck. They are set up from  Chicago. They contacted a company in canton to load and unload my truck. Things fell through. I gave them a five day notice and canceled the service. She charged me $200 for services I never got.

The pack which I was not present for had things upside down and spilled all over.  Boxes were loaded on their side and burst.  Furniture was put on top of light weight cedar dog houses crushing them.  Everything was scratched, ripped, broken and dirty.  My scooter was loaded and not anchored and fell over cracking the entire side and ripping the leather headboard to a king size bed.  When I contacted the company that loaded the truck the man who refused his name and said he was the manager had no memory of doing the job which was only the week before and said he would check and call me back.  He never called back I then called Moving Staffers and they said they were not responsible and I was out of luck because we did not ask them to wrap or anchor anything and therefore did not pay for it???  It was not offered or suggested.   
The movers they contracted in Chicago did not speak any English came in an empty 36' semitruck and arrived 5 hours before they were scheduled.
I called Moving Staffers and asked that they get a different company they refused and to cancel billed me $150 cancel fee.  I have yet to see a refund of what I prepaid them.  
I am reporting them to the Dept of Transportation and Federal Trade Commission in addition to suing for all the damage and what we paid them.

It went terrable see above. These movers came from Metro movers and storage. Subconcrated from moving staffers. I was told they were the best. I also found jewelry missing. Mostly earings were lost. I would end up with only 1 earing.
