Description of Work: Went in for an oil change for a specific price and it was higher than expected due to using different products than quotes,. I do not mind recommendations but they do a constant "upsell" from the time you walk in pushing other services. That I do not like.

+ -1 moreI found Kamphaus Auto Care about a year ago and have been going to them ever since. They are by far the most professional, sincere and honest shop I have ever been to. Their service is outstanding and they take the time to explain everything to you. Rich, the owner, is a first class guy. On top of this, their hours are awesome (open until 11pm on the weekdays, and 8-4 on Saturdays!) and they also provide courtesy transportation. On top of that, a 3 year/36000 mile warranty on all parts and labor! Highly recommened and trusted!!

He is very thorough. He had to repair some mechanical issues. It was major auto work. He has a busy location because he is good. The customers know him well. He is upfront and honest about what is needed for your car. He gives you a time estimate. He works quickly.
