Called D & S after buying a new thermostat for house and realized that I did not have the knowledge to do the installation myself . Made an appointment for them to come out. When Rick arrived, he quickly accessed the situation and went right to work. Within 45 minutes he was finished and everything was working properly. Rick was friendly and knowledgeable and explained as he did the work. No problems. On the second passion, we smelled gas in the house and the gas company found a leak at the water heater. Called rick and explained the situation. He was there in 45 minutes and repaired the problem. Each of these service calls cost $80.00 which I thought was fair.
