He explained all the good and not-so-good things about the property; including the out building. He found things I never even thought to look for. He took his time while he climbed and crawled looking for any potential issues. I was impressed. I've bought many properties over the years for investment as well as residential purposes.The following day I received a complete PDF of the inspection. I would definitely hire him again.

Everything was great/perfect! He had to come back a few times and no complaints at all. A great inspector and even a better person..First class! He is the only inspector we would use going forward!

I felt like both inspections was overly thorough. He took extra time to not only notice what is required for the home inspection sheets, but also went into details about other concerns or observations he had. I was encouraged to follow him throughout the whole inspection and was walked through what he was writing down and how he came to his conclusions. While the inspection took almost 3.5 hours to complete I felt better afterwards because of how complete I believed it to be. Even the constant complaining on how long it was taking from their relator did not cause him to skip or hurry through any part. My wife accidently left with the check before he had finished and rather than making it a big deal he offered to just pick it up from her on his way home and still provided the completed report on the spot. We received the finished email report with picture included before the start of business the following day.
I would highly recommend for any home inspection but particularly older homes where details can be everything.
