Landscaping
We had them mowing our lawn regularly, but they never returned calls and were impossible to reach. Scheduling was very difficult and they often would come on days they weren't supposed to come and not come on days they WERE supposed to come. When they did come, they often mowed areas we asked them not to. They would mow even when it was raining or muddy, leaving huge grooves in our lawn and tearing up freshly planted grass, despite me coming out there beforehand to tell them not to.Then they suddenly stopped coming at all and we were left scrambling to find someone to do fall cleanup at the last minute.
