**DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!** After getting my water heater fixed at my residence I paid the quote via credit card to the plumber. After this company had my information, they proceeded to add an additional %15 to my bill. When I called to inquire and complain, I was told by the owner that they were given the wrong part from the supplier and the new part was more expensive. I addressed that I was never given notice of a potential price change prior to the new part being installed. I was not given a refund and no attempt at reconciliation was made. This company feels it is within their right to alter the quote they give to their customers after they receive your credit card information. They do not honor their quotes! They even took my original part so that they can get a core refund. I hope this helps someone to avoid this dishonest company...

Both experiences went extremely well.  They were very responsive to my initial call and had somebody out to the house in a short period of time.  I may have paid a slight premium compared to other vendors, but it was well worth it for the quality pumps they installed and the quality of the installation.  Both service techs were professional and easy to work with.  I will certainly use them again as well as refer them to friends.

I previously had work done by one of the owners while the business was waiting for its license
from the State of Illinois.  He had replaced all of the faucets in my home with the exception of those mentioned
above.   The work they perfom is impeccable; and they are very cautious about never leaving a mess when they
leave.  I will certainly contact them with any additional plumbing issues.

Jesus was phenomenal on the phone. He was able to diagnose over the phone. Great pricing as well.

After assessing the issue, the plumber explained to me what needed to be done. He kept me in the loop when he ran into issues like needing the city to come out and shut off the water from outside. He started getting things ready so that once the city arrived, he would be able to do his part quickly. The city didn't show and we rescheduled for the next morning. He assisted the city in trying to find my water valve. I live in a town home with 4 other units and the city couldn't figure out which valve was mine! Really?! My plumber had other jobs to finish, so he left and told me to call once the city figured everything out. An hour later, my water was finally shut off and I called the plumber back. He arrived within 20 minutes and was completely done in 30. He stayed until the city came back to turn the water back on and made sure it all worked and didn't leak. It's a tight space and required a little out of the box thinking, but in the end the work was very professional and quality.
