They did a good job for my neighbor who had bad storm damage but they ignored me, the neighbor. A couple spots where trees/brush were pushed through a bush line due to the neighbors big old trees that took a lot of damage. I believe that I showed someone at least three times where these two things should have been removed. With their equipment it probably would have taken them no more than 10 minutes if that. Also, they would not take the brush pile that I cleaned up in my yard that was all from the neighbors trees. I am left to take care of these two items as well as cleaning up the remainder of my yard. Pedro, the boss was non existent. BTW, short of the mess from the neighbors trees, I had none.

Pedro and his team have cleaned up the mess of a storm-damaged tree; as well as performed routine tree removal for us. He facilitated the removal of a 12 ft carved tree from our front yard and its transportation to our new home in Florida. The project went off without a hitch. They did it real easy. They did a good job - no mess. They pick up real well.

The representative gave us a competitive price to remove a tree that had succumbed to the emerald ash borer disease. He was pleasant, cordial and punctual.

However, this company was unable to provide any proof of insurance after three requests. I was told each time they could either fax or email the required documentation....and nothing. I canceled the appointment and moved on to another company.

The attractive price quoted is reflective of an uninsured company. Steer clear.

I even recommended them to my neighbor. Overall, my experience with them has been great.

They were very flexible with the time they could come out to make an estimate. The estimate was thorough and lower than others I had received. They scheduled the work for the following day, but there was a problem at another job site, and they called in the afternoon to let us know they weren't coming. They did show up the next day, and the work was finished on time. The clean-up wasn't perfect, with some small branches and wood shavings, but overall it looked great. They even ground up some additional branches that I had pruned myself previously at my request. They offered to send me a bill instead of requiring payment that day, and two weeks later I have yet to receive the bill. I'll call to follow up. Overall a very positive experience and I'll use them again.

They were very kind, courteous, and professional. I have no complaints. The estimate was the same as the final price.

They started the job, disappeared and then came back 4 days later. I just didn't know when they were going to come back.

EASY TO DO BUSINESS WITH, YOU NEVER KNEW WHEN THEY WERE GOING TO SHOW. I WOULD HIRE THEM AGAIN BECAUSE THE PRICE WAS SO GOOD.
