these guys were the best, seriously the best. to say I freaked out when I realized a furry freeloader was scurrying above our heads as we slept is an understatement. you see, raccoons are party animals at night. especially in the spring when they are mating. and when that rascal was partying above our heads as we attempted to sleep, panic struck. I called a local trusted pest place, and they said they only do creepy crawlies, they recommend the fellas at attic solutions. I forget the guys name who answered my call at attic solutions, but it takes a hero to put up with a half screaming/half crying mother telling him to hurry and save her family from the raccoon that was undoubtedly plotting a ceiling drop into the baby's crib at any moment. they came the next morning, heroes without capes on. (maybe the capes were under the uniform?). they didn't catch the raccoon, but they chased it out and did the repairs so it couldn't get back in. this is the type of service you never want to need, but thank goodness they exist!!! and they traveled far to get to us, for how quick they responded.

Squirrel tore down rotted attic soffit. Didn't notice until yard was littered with insulation. Called Attic Solutions that evening. In the morning of the next day, they set traps very near the hole into the attic. I then set up a battery powered radio turned on low volume near the area in the attic it seemed like they were trying to nest, just in case the squirrels were able to somehow get around the trap. In about 48 hours, the squirrel was trapped. Robert from Attic Solutions then helped me patch up the hole.  I'll need to eventually do something about the rotting soffit, but the fix we used should work until then. I experienced responsive and prompt serviceI and I feel good about the work they did.

There was a raccoon in my Crawl space and I could not find the location of the hole. I thought it was on the roof of the house. Attic solutions searched and finally located the entrance in an obscure hard to reach place. They came early, Bob was very friendly and persistent. I would use them again.

Put up mismatched siding on our house.
Painted siding moments before it rained. (Yes, rain was forecasted.)
Paint ran and streaked.
Drilled a piece of metal INTO the ROOF SHINGLES as a makeshift tarp. W**? (This is a big NO-NO).
Tried to tell us a dollop of tar will be a sufficient repair for roof they damaged. (It won't).
Left nails, large screws and wood shards on the roof and chimney. Never returned to clean-up. Screws fell in yard and driveway and we have a toddler who plays in the area.
When we made the owner aware of the mismatched siding he said, " I couldn't find any that matched." (We have very common 8" slat board).
Gave us the run-around for 10 weeks, insisting they would "make it right."
Finally, they just texted us saying " I don't think we can ever make you happy I know my craftsmanship s top notch But with all the issues and problem I think it's best you find your own siding guy to complete the work..." (Their words).
These guys are nothing more than RODENT CATCHERS trying to disguise themselves as professional contractors.
Do Not let Attic Solutions work on your house.

Nothing was ever trapped. After they put the trap on the roof they told us to call us after 4 days if there wasn't anything in the trap. We never heard a response back from them for two months, and all of a sudden the trap was gone. They didn't even inform me they would be picking it up.

I called Attic Solutions in the afternoon and they came out to check the problem within a couple hours. They inspected the whole in the roof and checked around the house for signs of what animal may have caused the whole. They fixed the whole temporarily so no animals could get in or out. About a week later they came back after calling them to let them know there has been no sign of animals trying to get in or out of the roof. Since there hadn't been any sign of animals they fixed the roof permanently this time. There was a slight communication problem, but other than that they were great.

Ryan came out same day called during July 4th weekend and he is the only one that would respond. He took care of the problem and came back a second time to complete all work to prevent another occurrence. I would highly recommend this company.

Ryan (the owner) came out and set traps to catch squirrels thathad invaded my attic. Within a few days he had captured 5 squirrels.Very impressed with his professionalism.I would HIGHLY recommend !

Calling around over a weekend when the smell had set in and we were looking for immediate help - I spoke with Jay who the most personable and responsive of all service providers that I spoken with. He was great about accomodating us right away. Jay showed up on time and was very professional in all respects. He even went above and beyond our expectations with a full clean-up including bleaching and mopping the area. For the work that was done, I was very happy to pay the $125 charge.
