VERY POSITIVE. THE ONLY DISADVANTAGE IS THAT THE COMPANY IS GROWING QUICKLY SO SCHEDULE YOUR TIME IN ADVANCE -- THEY FILL UP THEIR SLOTS QUICKLY.

THEY WERE VERY QUICK AND EFFICIENT. THE CARPET WAS NOT SOAKING WET AFTER THEY WERE DONE. WHICH HAS HAPPENED WITH OTHER COMPANIES.
