Ferrell Tree Service

They cut down the tree, removed the tree debris, then removed the stump 3 days later (after clearance from utility companies). The only problem is it was hard to pinpoint the day they could do the job; we were put on the list, but it would have been nice to know what day they would come over because we didn't know when they would show up, so we could not go on vacation, not knowing what day they would do the job. However, due to things such as inclement weather and emergencies, these were things they couldn't control. Overall, I am satisfied with their work. .

Mr. Ferrell was very quick to return our call and set up an appointment for the next day. His workers showed up promptly on the appointed day and had all of the equipment necessary to safely work around multiple power lines. They worked quickly but completely, cleaned up the yard as they went, and were done well within the estimated hours.
