Its an annual fee that includes the filters and checking all the pressure on the system. They are usually there for three hours. They come two times a year. The biggest thing is checking the pressures. They were pretty much in the forefront of these systems in the area. The service guy was the actual installer on the house.

We wanted to put a geothermal system in our home. Ernst came and looked over the property, gave us a detailed estimate with several options, came and did the work in a reasonable amount of time, and were professional and friendly throughout the experience.

I really liked the new air conditioner. The salesman Dough came by looked at what I had and I was looking for and after that returned with three different configurations and also provided me with everything I needed with regards to rebate and taxes. I would use them again in the future.

They are excellent, responsive and professional. Their prices are good, they are reasonable to work with and everything. We've gotten nothing but good service from them, we were lucky to find them.
