They are great. I have used them before. They are very efficient and do a good job. Walter the owner is very pleasant and checks the work. Their prices are very reasonable.

It went well.  A supervisor came in a day in advance.  When the two actual workers came the supervisor came also and introduced them. I had a specific request because the windows were treated.  They followed the request not to use a squeegee. When we checked over the job together at the end, they were very cooperative in attending to some difficult spots.
We plan to hire them again to do all of the windows - 85 of them - with screens.

I have used Wilmette Windows for a few years.   I have been very happy with the results each year.
Walter is very responsive to phone calls and is very friendly and professional.  I trust him and his team in my house even if I am not there.  There was a little bit of a snafu this year when they could not come on the original date, but that was readily fixed and they are here today.  The windows, as always, are perfectly clean (no streaks, nothing missed) and the team is not disrupting or breaking anything while they maneuver around furniture and other things to gain access to the windows.  I am not exaggerating when I say that my windows are now so clean it almost looks like you are not looking through a window.  
I would recommend Wilmette Window Washing to anyone and no hesitation doing so.  Great work for a reasonable price.

We've used Wilmette Window Washers for six years (usually twice a year).  Walter, the owner, always returns my calls promptly, and has always been punctual, professional and thorough.  He always visited our home to say hello, and provide supervision for the workers.  During these years we tried a few other  window washers rated highly on Angie's List because they charged  less than Wilmette Window Washers. . and in each case were disappointed in the overall results.  .For the few extra dollars we paid WWW, we received exceptional vs. adequate results.  I could not be any more enthusiastic or confident in recommending them to subscribers of Angie's List.  I've recommended them to my own family  --  the proof of my respect for Walter and his company.

I have been happy with them. They come pretty quickly after I call them. It is a big crew so they do it fast. They do a good job.

We received a prompt quote for window cleaning after several years of not cleaning them. Quote was reasonably priced. Walter tried hard to connect with me when I was hard to reach by phone.  The workers showed up promptly. Walter called afterwards to ask me if the work was of sufficient quality.  Really great job.

The owner's name is Walter Snarski. The quote he gave us and the work he did were really good. They are a local company. Of the bids I got, they were on the higher end pricewise. I can't remember how much it cost. I did it for the building. Everyone paid for themselves, but I had it priced out. He came out and it was regarding 3 large old condominiums with storms. It was complicated. Two of them were a high third floor which was almost like a fourth floor and he had to access them from outside. The quotes he gave me were exactly what he charged. They did extra and didn't charge me. They did an extra window here and an extra window there that weren't counted. They were very fair. He sent 2 crews out so it was expedited in a short period of time. They were very clean and did an excellent job. They didn't leave any water mess. We were very satisfied with them. He didn't come back out. His guys did the windows. There was one person that was fluent in English so there was good communication with the crew. They did exactly what he promised and more. We would use him again. The crews were efficient. They had professional equipment. He had got the right insurance for his people so that if there was an accident here, they would be insured. The workers were very nice. They worked quickly and they had good equipment. The other two households were very pleased with them. I set it up for all three of us even though we paid separately. They were pricey. He came out here and gave us a bid on something that was for him not complex. There were all kinds of different windows with different panes. The house was built in the late 1920s. It wasn't a simple thing.

Walter quoted the 60 window job and gave me firm date and time for the job to be done (about a week later). His crew arrived on time and was extremely efficient - even with my heavy, old double-hung windows with storms and screens. I am very satisfied with the quality of the work done. Barely a streak - and I did go looking. And they left no mess and were careful with my treatments around the windows. I will definitely be called again. Maybe even switch my gutter cleaning service to Walter as well!

Always arrive on time. Always very professional - yet friendly. Always work hard for the hours it takes to complete the power washing, clean the gutters and wash and dry 4 sides of all the windows. We hired them originally after observing the careful job they did putting up ladders on the neighbor's property. We have always been pleased with the care they take to protect our gutters and aluminum window frames from dents.

Walter (owner) responded promptly and scheduled a date. The workers who arrived were extremely thorough. They cleaned every window, inside & out. Afterwards, they were much cleaner than with any other cleaning service we've used. We've used this company for a few years now. Each year, the work is consistently very good, and the price has remained the same.

We called for an estimate--scheduled the service--and were pleased with the work. Two employees arrived on time--washed windows--and did a good job. The owner stopped by to check progress. We are pleased with the quality of the work.

Walter came out the day after I called and gave me an estimate for my 32 windows. His crew came out the next week, on time, and did a great job inside and out. I will use them again in the future.

A team of two window washers came on time and were neat and business-like. One worked on the inside and was quite thorough and neat. The other did the outside, and also did an excellent job, but ended up damaging a couple shrubs slightly. Total time spent was approximately 4 1/2 hours. The final results were excellent.
