Responded quickly to furnace not working (below zero outside, so very important). System corrected itself befor they arrived and all was well. No charge for the service call since they had done the Fall maintenance (which was thorough). Highly recommended.

I tired three other providers and they were not able to fix it. They all cost me $$ and never resolved the issue for more than a couple weeks. T Stat figured it out on their first attempt and it has been working great for the last two winters with no issue.

Tayler himself showed up and serviced my furnace. He figured out the issue right away and was able to replace the bad part that same day. His pricing is crazy reasonable compared to the bigger outfits I've dealt with in the past. I can tell he is very honest, knowledgeable, and cares about his customers. I will be calling TSTAT for all my HVAC needs. Thank you so much!
