My husband and I recently had Ridgetop Roofing complete a roofing and siding job on our home, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. From start to finish, their communication was amazing and I’m extremely busy to that was important to me. I always knew what was happening and when. The crew’s attention to detail and cleanliness on the job site went above and beyond my expectations. Everything and I mean everything was spotless when they finished. Our house looks absolutely stunning now, and we’ve received so many compliments on the work. There was a slight mixup and I had to connect with the branch manager but he was professional, friendly, timely and genuinely committed to making sure everything was perfect. Even with that minor mixup, we would highly recommend Ridgetop Roofing to anyone looking for top-quality workmanship and outstanding service!

Garrett was very helpful coordinating with my insurance company for a roof replacement, which ultimately saved me thousands of dollars. The roof was completed in just one day, and they hustled because of incoming weather. Tyler and John were professional and courteous. Ridge Top Exteriors went out of their way to ensure that I was satisfied, which I am.

In 2013 I had my roof, soffit and gutters replaced by RidgeTop. That experience was very good, but that's what I expected from a quality contractor. In 2017, we had a windstorm and a section of fascia come loose. I reached out to the local rep and he had it replaced as a warranty repair. In April 2020, more wind and another section of fascia needed attention. I went to contact Ridge Top and found that they had closed their local office (St. Louis). Frankly, at this point I expected to be on my own. I went ahead and reached out to their main office in Madison, WI with my situation and a photo of the problem. I have to say the service I've received was spectacular. I got a prompt email reply and was told I would hear from their Service Department. The next day, Beau Crawley reached out and confirmed they would get the problem corrected. In spite of the fact that they no longer have personnel in my region, they made arrangements with one of the established, local roofing companies to replace the fascia. They came by, confirmed the color and replaced the section necessary so it looked consistent. Ridge Top earned this review by standing behind their product and installation. Every business is going to have problems. The way they responded to mine really set them apart and has been greatly appreciated.

We bought a house with a leaky roof that was causing damage to the interior. Ridge Top (Brian B.) not only quickly gave us an estimate, but also quickly scheduled us to prevent further damage. The job was done with no mess in less time than expected, and Brian followed up afterward to ensure the job was completely done per the agreement. Couldn't be drier and happier!

I highly recommend Ridge Top Exteriors. I worked with Eric Foster and Brian Baker. Both were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Out of the bids I obtained they were the only company that offered to come back out and review the bid to make sure I understood it and to answer any questions I had. Eric the project manager was on sight when the roof work started and again when it finished. Their crew was fast and clean. They may of not been the lowest bid I received but was extremely happy I choose them based on service and quality of work. Being in service industry myself, I always say you get what you pay for.
